Full interview lasted roughly an hour. First part was a behavioural interview (STAR format) including 2 or 3 technical questions, in front of a panel with 1 HR representative + 3/4 senior professionals from the hiring area. There was a short break and then the 2nd part was a professional presentation to the panel followed by questions. The presentation topic was emailed a week before the interview. Interviewers were really nice but interview format was a bit too structured IMO. The conversation flow was continuously interrupted because interviewers had to handwrite all answers in their question forms, which was plain awkward. I found the overall hiring process very bureaucratic and old-fashioned, but the HR team was great to deal with. I got the feeling that the company is extremely traditional with a strong hierarchical structure, most managers were American and there weren't a lot of young people around.
