Found the opening at chevron web site, and submitted resume online, a long process to put all resume information to a online format. Month later got interview request.

Talked to recruiter at job fair about one entry level programmer training program position, but when brought onsite interview for IT manager position with 10 employees under me. Offered less than market rate paid to new graduate white mail with no work experience going into the programmer training program.
