I applied through university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Chevron in Oct 2013
Interview
I was asked a couple of quick questions to expand upon some of what I had listed on my resume and the interview moved into a more situational/behavioral direction. I met with a pair of interviewers and found them to be altogether pleasant people, but some of my peers were not as fortunate. I don't expect to hear back about a decision before the end of the year.

Question 1
Explain a time when you used your technical skills on a project.
Friendly, not too long. Mainly asked about prior experience and how you would go about solving problems. Went through resume first, followed by some personality questions and then preference questions about location and part of the industry.

Question 1
When was a time that you had a problem working in a team, and how did you solve it?
I applied through university. I interviewed at Chevron (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2019
Interview
I went through the first round of interviews. It went as expected, with the interviewer asking clarifications about certain aspects of your resume, and asking what interests you about the company. They take notes throughout that they would send to the centralized recruiting body, which will tell you at the end of the recruiting cycle whether or not you've passed to the next level.
