Chief Of Staff interview questions

Not really an interview. Called and basically said I had the job. I didn't really get to say much in the call either. Very short only a couple of minutes on the phone.

I was asked to meet on a Friday at 18:00, which is equivalent to asking someone to meet on a Saturday since our work week in Tel Aviv is from Sunday to Thursday. I perceived this as impolite and discourteous, and it made me cautious. My instincts were accurate because I learned that the CEO required me to be available round the clock and was incredibly demanding. Their high turnover rate of 14 EAs in 7 years indicated that the CEO was a significant issue. Although they wanted to proceed, I declined the offer.
