Interview
I sat in the front waiting area for 3 minutes or less, it was fairly prompt for a childcare center -and the director turned out to be very hands on. The interview was short, maybe 5-8 minutes. I don’t remember the questions exactly but I would imagine they were short staff -did turn out to have a high turn over rate, and I was probably overqualified for the position. I was offered a job on the spot and set my schedule then I believe.

Simple, introduced and multiple questions about yourself, your experience with children. Then they give you a tour of the facility. Some interviews if going well they ask to see how you do with the children and have you go into the classroom for 10 minutes.

I was welcomed in, but no one knew that I had an interview, the director had forgotten she scheduled an interview with me. She just asked about availability and gave me a tour of the place.

Few questions about your skills. Availability and do you interact with kids. They explain there needs and about their background and company background. The interview was 15 minutes. Got a offer and waited for the email for background check.
