In person, in office. Multiple rounds, all group interviews which surprised me. Felt old-school. Process was slow but communication was good. People were inviting and seemed genuinely excited to meet me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about when you've had to make difficult decisions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Children's Cancer Association (Austin, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
The process was thorough, timely, and pleasant. There was a brief phone interview followed by an in-person interview, a panel interview with a short performance, and finally a one on one in-person audition/interview with the supervisor at a treatment center.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where a patient is easily overstimulated and undergoing difficult and painful treatment?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Children's Cancer Association (Portland, OR)
Interview
I'm sure they had a lot of resume submissions for this position. Communication between submitting and scheduling wasn't optimal, but if you take initiative to follow up with them they were usually pretty quick to respond.
