Chinese Hospital Health and Wellness Program Development Coordinator interview questions

I received an email expressing interest which was followed up by a phone interview. Everything looked to be going well and the interview concluded on a high note, but the follow up was poor. I had to keep chasing for an interview time (which was delayed) and in the end they went with a candidate they have interviewed last year.
