The Interviewer seemed disinterested from the very first minute I greeted her. She asked me only 2 questions and finished the interview. Honestly, I feel like she was disinterested the moment she saw me because I wasn't Caucasian and blonde--that's all they hire.

Had an in person with a senior department head. The office itself is very outdated and it's a very open floor plan with very few offices. When I asked for some water, I was given lukewarm tap in a glass (the whole scene doesn't feel like a couture experience).
Had to wait a long time as the person was running late.
The interview was easy, but the whole office was giving off weird vibes. It was so quiet even though it was a full house.

Unnecessarily long for a simple supervisor position. I had to have three phone interviews with different upper management, two Skype interviews, as well as an in-person interview. The average time of each interview was around 45 minutes. The store manager I interviewed with asked asinine questions making it clear, even before I was officially hired, that they had a superiority complex and that they were into creating unnecessary drama.
