Group interview of four people, interviewed by 2 staff members. Self intro in English, Question and Answer in Cantonese, and role playing of scenarios in Putonghua. The self intro and scanerio question is mandatory, while the question and answer part is answered voluntarily.

Scenario question: you're given a note with info about auction item details that the company requires from the customer. The staff acted as the customer, speaking in Mandarin, asking questions about placing an item for auction at the company.
