Interview
I met with a representative at a career fair and got a call from a recruiter a few weeks later. We had a brief phone interview with a few logistical and personality questions. They gave me 48 hour notice for my zoom interview and I studied and prepped C material all night. I sent two follow up emails to the interviewers and recruiters but they proceeded to ghost me after the interview.
3 Interview rounds - 1 HR, 1 Hiring manager, 1 In person with senior software developer and hiring manager. The first two rounds were phone calls. Very accommodating and smooth process
