Cimarron Software Services Flight Controller interview questions

Applied through the website. I received an email to do a one-way interview. It was standard general questions, nothing technical or specific to the job. Didn't hear anything after that until a few weeks later where I received an automated email stating the position has been filled.

I applied online and within a few days I was contacted to conduct a one-way interview. The interview was impersonal, but I think that was the point. I'm sure that this is an initial screening and that people will be provided follow-up responses once they comb through these video interviews.
