We're disappointed it didn't live up to your expectations though. As we're growing, our recruitment process changes and we're constantly adapting it and changing it along the way. We're sorry if you felt this way, we can assure you it was not our intention, as we don't have interview quotas and do interview the candidates we feel would be a great match for the job and our company. As for the language, we do understand English might not be everyone's language in which they're most comfortable and will change this in our future interviews.
