CipherHealth interview questions

Started by talking with a recruiter, who told me the whole process would be 2.5 - 3 weeks, I ended up moving on to the first or four rounds. First Round: Hiring Manager Second Round: Panel interview with two of their current CSM's (customer success managers) Third Round: One of the directors of customer success The first three rounds went REALLY quickly. Then it was radio silence for 2.5 weeks. I reached out to the HR coordinator, who said I would be getting a response within 5 days, then 10 days later, still nothing, reached out again, and finally the recruiter sent me a canned response saying "it wasn't a mutual fit", I am totally fine with that, but the fact they moved me through three rounds of interviews, and then strung me along for 2.5 weeks, only to tell me it wasn't a "mutual fit" was a bit frustrating. This company seems incredibly disorganized, and unprofessional. Probably a blessing in disguise that it didn't work out.

The interview process was disorganized and lengthy. If I was on a time crunch for a new position, I would never have waited the weeks between interviews. The salary offered at the end was no where near the salary expectations provided at the beginning of the interview process.
