I had a lovely chat with the recruiter, who made me feel very comfortable from the start. The conversation felt more like a dialogue rather than a formal interview, which put me at ease. During the call, he even provided positive feedback and mentioned that he would recommend moving me forward in the process. Therefore, I was quite surprised when, a little over a week later, I received news that I had been rejected.
I went through three rounds of interviews for the Project Coordinator role at Circle. Each person I spoke with was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and easy to talk to. The conversations felt genuine and gave me a clear sense of the company’s culture and the team’s collaborative style.
The process was well-organized and respectful of my time. I appreciated how transparent everyone was about what they were looking for in the role and what the day-to-day might look like. Even though I didn’t end up getting the position, I left the experience with an even higher opinion of Circle and the people who work there.
Overall, I’d highly recommend applying here if you’re interested — it was one of the most positive interview experiences I’ve had.
