I had an initial screening call with a recruiter and then a one hour discussion with a manager. Both were relatively conversational and didn't involve any technical skills check. However, the next step was supposed to be a take home assignment to evaluate my data science skills.

I scheduled the initial call and nobody was present. I was ghosted with no explanation or follow up. To me, this feels very discriminatory since I have a minority name. I definitely dodged a bullet.
