Interview
I went through three rounds of interviews: two video interviews and a case study. Not a single behavioral question was asked; they only asked questions about the experience on my resume. After three interviews of asking the same questions about my experience and having the preferred experiences listed on the job description, they decided not to move forward with my application because I did not have the experience they were looking for. A complete waste of time.

Question 1
tell me about a project from start to finish. how did you handle it, what would you improve, what did you learn, etc.
I was reached out to by a staffing company and they were really nice. I had 5 interviews (3 with internal), a excel project, and was dragged on just to get rejected. The interview process was so repetitive and unnecessary and the job has been reposted a few times already.....
