Interview
A third-party recruiter from North Bridge Staffing Group reached out to me about the Recruiting Coordinator opportunity. The initial phase was emailing responses to questions such as "Why are you interested in Citadel?" or "Why are you interested in Recruiting Coordination?". After so much circle jerking that a hiring manager could ask during an interview, I was invited to meet with the company recruiter. Did the interview, and then I was informed that they want me to do a case study and review it with the recruiter. Received positive feedback on it with no complaints. Three days later, I was told they were not selecting me for further consideration and they had no feedback because of "confidentiality reasons". Honestly, I think they made me do the case study to get free labor out of me (which, honestly, I should have charged). Thanks for wasting my time.
The process took about 5 or 6 weeks total. I had about 7 interviews total. The communication throughout the process was not great. Felt disorganized at certain stages in the process.

3 behavioral interviews online about 30-45 minutes long. one case study deep diving into a specific project you handled, difficulties, and strengths. did not have onsite round. process turnaround was very quick, all within one month.

tell me about a project from start to finish. how did you handle it, what would you improve, what did you learn, etc.
I was reached out to by a staffing company and they were really nice. I had 5 interviews (3 with internal), a excel project, and was dragged on just to get rejected. The interview process was so repetitive and unnecessary and the job has been reposted a few times already.....
