Interview
After applying online and answering a questionnaire centered on customer service I was emailed about setting up a phone interview. I did, and they asked me about my previous work experience, of which I do not have much to refer to as I have not had an actual paying job ever. I was asked hypothetical questions such as: How would you go about completing a list of tasks given to you by your manager? and If an upset customer came to you with a complaint how would you deal with it?

Get a phone Interview, ask a couple of things on resume and availability, salary with hr then hiring manager, get the offer. Relatively simple process, move fast. Very friendly hr and hiring manager

Are you able to work on most Saturdays? What is your availability
Very organized. They explain the process of the interviews pretty well. They also explain the position with lots of details and if you don’t have any experience they are willing to take the train and train you.
