Applied online, passed assessment test, two days later got phone interview. The recruiter asked me basic questions such as why citi, why teller, what makes you a good candidate? The interview went well, she drilled me about my work experience and how it relates to the teller job. It's important to stay calm and positive throughout the interview.
Get a phone Interview, ask a couple of things on resume and availability, salary with hr then hiring manager, get the offer. Relatively simple process, move fast. Very friendly hr and hiring manager

Very organized. They explain the process of the interviews pretty well. They also explain the position with lots of details and if you don’t have any experience they are willing to take the train and train you.
