After applying online, you are required to do a couple of online tests (numerical reasoning etc.), before being invited to a couple of phone/in person interviews. After this, you will be invited to an assessment centre, where you will do several interviews and cases.

Tell us about a time when you had to make a difficult decision.
Structured. It consist of 3 rounds in total. HR will host the interview. First round of Case Study, then Technical with the team leads of the team. After that, will be Q&A session. Lastly with the head of the department.
I had a behavioral with a current analyst, then a Superday with 3 members of the division. During the Superday, I was also assigned a case study to be conducted and presented live to the Superday interviewers.
