Began through school’s On Campus Recruiting process. Spoke with a variety of Junior bankers ahead of interview, extremely friendly people and a generally positive interview process. Ultimately wound up accepting another offer.

Question 1
What are key factors a company evaluates in a potential acquisition?
Structured. It consist of 3 rounds in total. HR will host the interview. First round of Case Study, then Technical with the team leads of the team. After that, will be Q&A session. Lastly with the head of the department.
I had a behavioral with a current analyst, then a Superday with 3 members of the division. During the Superday, I was also assigned a case study to be conducted and presented live to the Superday interviewers.
Interview with HR and a current analyst (behavioral + CV). Another round where there was 2 interviews from people from the department and then a prresentation based on a document they present
