I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Jan 2013
Interview
Had 2 rounds of interviews. An on-campus interview conducted by an alum, followed by a superday interview at the headquarter in NYC. The on-campus interview was easy as long as you know the company, and how the market goes (like foreign exchange rate, S&P 500, etc). The Superday interview lasted almost 4 hours. I had 5 people interviewing me, 2 associates, 2 VPs, and 1 director.
