Interview
Straight forward. Had on campus interviews and then a super day with multiple people. There was a case and then a discussion of the case. Then there were multiple rounds of interviews on the Superday.

Initial screening call followed by technical assessment. First round around your fit for Citi, why investment banking, why the specific section, your past experiences, etc. Quite standard questions to assess fit.
