Applied through campus recruiting (non-target), heard back after a week or so for video interview. It was a little different since all the questions were set and you have 2-3 minutes to record each question. The questions were mostly Excel, experience, behavioral stuff. Heard back after about a week for second round phone interview with the manager. This round a bit more technical. Second round lasted for about 30 mins. Got the offer 2-3 days later.
