When I went through the investment banking (IB) interview process, it was quite rigorous and spanned multiple rounds. Here’s how it unfolded step by step, from my perspective:The first round was usually a phone or video interview, often conducted by a junior banker like an analyst or associate. I had about 30 minutes to make a good impression. I kept my answers concise, focusing on my experience, technical knowledge, and passion for the industry.
