I submitted my application online and within a week received an invitation for a phone interview. The interview lasted for about 40 minutes and overall went seamlessly. The interviewer asked a series of questions related to my experiences working with students/children and what I expected out of my experience and what I hoped to achieve during my time working at City Year. Afterwards, I was given some time to ask questions and address any concerns, etc.

Phone interview person to person interview alot of on boarding there after and criminal background checks were also prevelant through out on top of info about city being served and what service would look like
