It was a pretty long interview process. There was a 30min phone screen, a 60min video interview, a take-home/homework task, and then one more 60min video interview. The whole process took about a month. It was all online due to the pandemic. Before each interview, they sent me the questions they would ask, so I didn't have to worry about being unprepared.
The phone screen was pretty basic. The first interview was a lot of behavioral and hypothetical-scenario questions. The second interview was more big-picture questions about fit for the role.
I didn't love that the homework task was such a surprise. Nobody told me that there would be one, and then it was sent to me three days before the due date.
I had some questions about the role that were difficult to get answered. I was referred by my interviewers to direct the questions to a more senior manager, but they were not very responsive and ended up having to cancel when they were supposed to interview me in the final round.
I got their decision back very quickly after my last interview. I thought they were moving on with other candidates, but it turned out they re-started the hiring process for the role; I guess they didn't find anyone they felt was a good fit.
