It was a long process but I think from what I remember it was every other week you would get an update on your progression. The first stage was a series of test and they would give you feedback when you completed each stage.
A Behavioural questions and a videos in the a first stage, completed online. Lots of a behavioural an and a work place competency questions. Tele phone call with a graduate on the fast stream.

Interview
Online assessments, written questions, and a telephone interview focusing on behavioural competencies using the STAR method. The process is sound and effectively evaluates candidates’ teamwork, leadership and communication skills. good pay during 8 weeks
