Interview
The interview process took around a month. There were three rounds of interviews, with a cognitive test and a work task after the first interview. The first round was with the HR, the second with a team-lead focused more on technical skills. The final one was a very conversational interview with a partner. Overall the interview process was transparent, and the vibes were easy to read. Though the final decision took a while to receive.
