Pretty simple and easy, The interview was a mix of accounting technical and personality questions. HR was extremely friendly, answered all questions and made the process overall an enjoyable experience.

Asked different questions on journal entries, accounting standards, what you are looking for in your new role, why you are interested in the company etc.

Interview
I was initially selected via a phone interview and then asked to come in for a F2F interview at their office. While the HR round was pretty easy, the second round seemed a bit tricky and not in a nice way. Not only was I asked to bring examples of my previous work but also asked to demonstrate it in the interview. However the marketing manager was least interested in any of those and asked me to not go beyond a slide. Apparently he could gauge my talent from the 1st one.
Phone Screening: If your resume is shortlisted, you may have a phone interview with a recruiter or hiring manager. They will ask basic questions about your background, availability, and interest in the role.
Technical Interview: This is where you’ll be asked more in-depth questions about your technical skills and knowledge. You may be asked to solve problems or demonstrate how you would handle specific scenarios related to the role.
