Interview
I went to the Chicago office for an interview with two of the people I would be working with and it was a straight forward interview. Just research the company ahead of time so that you have an idea of what market sectors they are excited about and how you can fit the position well.
Pretty straightforward, spoke with a recruiter, met with 3 different people on site, the interview seemed to go well, but I never heard back from the HR even after multiple attempts. Very disappointing that I wasted my time coming and they didn’t even have the decency to simple respond to my emails with a rejection.

Mostly behavioral questions and focused on my experience
super easy. more focused on the kind of person that I am. Skills and experience was just a plus to them. Ended up taking a different job but seems like a good company.

I was asked to introduce myself and describe my experience with team leadership and conflict management. I was also asked if I knew anything about Clark and the work they performed before interviewing.
