Interview
The interview process was a power day interview and on-site. There are three rounds of interviews with three other supervisors and an on-site visit for their current project. The process was enjoyable, and it was quite a unique experience.

What are times that you encounter conflict and how did you deal with it?
The interview was very thorough. The person I spoke to took their time to explain position and expectations. The interviewer tries to treat it like a regular conversation but still professional so you’re not as nervous.
