Had a phone screen with a recruiter that went well, then interviewed virtually with the onsite project manager. The questions were average, but the PM was not super personable during the interview.

Met a Clark representative at my university's career fair who was a project manager and not just a recruiter. Had a lengthy conversation which lead to a formal interview request on campus the next day. Interviewed with two recent alumni of my university who were previous interns before returning full time. Received an offer about a week later.
