Interview
Process took about 3+ weeks. I went through multiple rounds of interviews. I also did a well prepared and impressive final round presentation. Hiring manager and recruiting made it sound like I was a top pick. After weeks and week of interviewing and prep they never let me know I didn’t get the job. The employee made an announcement on LinkedIn and told me she got the job. Very disheartening and not transparent process. Also, as a person of color, you can feel the non diversity and of course they didn’t hire a person of color.

Interview
The interview process took about 4 weeks from the first interview with HR until the last one with one the VPs. They all seemed very nice and it looked like they were very interested. However, after the 4th interview with a VP, I didn't hear back from them. I looked up their LinkedIn and could see that the position has been filled. It was very disappointing that I did not receive any communication from them. As a start-up/small company, that is the least you can do for candidates who have spent so much time in the interview process.
