Interview
I was contacted within hours of applying and had a call with the recruiter. Really good chat and felt very casual. We just discussed the role and my experience. It wasn’t until the end I was told the company require (and track!) everyone being in the office 25% a quarter which would be a week in London a month for me, all paid for by me. The job sounded amazing until this point so be sure to check this if you’re looking for a remote role. I wasn’t impressed with the company being happy to be so inaccessible to people like me who can’t leave my family for long periods to meet the prescribed in-office time so I chose not to continue with the interview process. I still had a lovely chat with the recruiter but I think the job ad needs to be clearer about the office working requirement
