A day of interview/tests, with numerous candidates involved simultaneously. This included: -a series of brief, “speed dating”-style interviews, with different interviewers asking typical, generic questions, re e.g. dealing with conflict, openness to new ideas - a paper exercise where individual candidates outline a design for a particular website requirement - a group exercise where small groups devise and present a business idea, and take questions - a tour of the office (nice kitchen etc, work area is open plan, so felt a bit exposed). - staff answer questions from the group of candidates. Overall, a friendly, high-paced, process, generating a positive atmosphere.
