Interview
There were five rounds set up after initial round. The HR got in touch based on my submission.
Overall process was kind of “Amazon” where they take you through the interview for all the five interviews but with the exception that the interviewers are incapable of assessment. Someone who has passed out of 2020 from B school can’t make an assessment with no experience.
Overall the process seemed average.

5. Business understanding( this was a random joke round- interviewer was a kid)

Interview
Smart interviewers. Good process & timely. The questions asked in the interview were good and made me think. I felt challenged & hence liked the process. Some of the interviewers were very good. They take candidate experience seriously.
