Complex, multilayered and challenging. You can see that a lot of effort goes into finding the right fit through the rigour of the assessment. There is also a personality assessment that is used as well to further align the person interviewing with the culture.

Interview
Fast, but I met around 7+ people during the week. This included 2 members of the hiring agency, the VP if IT, the head of IT, the head of helpdesk, the Head of HR, along with a handful of exams too. The exams ranged from IT knowledge tests, to an essay that focused on my area of expertise.
