Interview
There were a couple interviews. The second one consisted of meeting with the crew via teams to allow them the chance to approve/disapprove you, considering they would be working alongside you. Overall the process took about a month to finally start working. Make sure to practice questions beforehand as I did, which helped a lot.

Interview was simple and ask straightforward questions. The interview only lasted 30 minutes. Also it was virtual. This job requires a lot of patience because the patients can be a little stressful.
