Interview was a bit informal but followed a simple format of discussing strengths and weaknesses, past experiences, and a theoretical patient, which asked how I would assess the patient and what exercise I would prescribe.

I scheduled an interview with the CC. We had a time set, and I did not receive a phone call. I emailed them back and we agreed on the following day. I never heard back, and upon my own research found out they filled the position without ever contacting me, despite having interview arrangements
