Lengthy! Interview process can drag on with up to 3 interviews, presentations, and skills testing, phone interview, 1 on 1 interview, and group panel interview. Also have to do drug screening and PE. Department and HR drag their feet during the process. Hard to get a quick response as neither is good at returning phone calls or emails.

1 on 1 General not tough. Interviewers sometimes do not seem to know what to ask, or how to respond to your questions. Group panel consists of people in the department you are interviewing with questions are not prepared and random.

This was an easy interview! Prepare the basic questions, such as strengths/ weaknesses, why you want to work here, etc. ! My interview was more conversational than anything. I think they were checking more for a personality fit.

Online, healthcare specific questions, three caregivers on the call posing questions. Pretty comfortable process. Department Administrator, supervisor and HR manager interviewing. I was offered another position after the interview. One that paid a bit more.

the first interview was fine. they do a brief shadow afterwards. Hearing back is the problem though, they take forever to schedule the interview and follow up and get back to you about a job offer or not
