I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Client Solution Architects (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2014
Interview
There was three part interview process as is the norm. First there was an over-the-phone interview, then an in-person/technical interview with the manager I was applying for, then a face-to-face with the regional director. The over-the-phone interview was pretty standard, the HR recruiter threw out hot topic key words to try and gain the impression of whether I knew what I was talking about and could throw out jargon her way. She got the impression that I knew my craft and was an eloquent speaker which I'm guessing were her main concerns. The interview with the manager was pretty easy as well. I could tell she wanted to throw me off my element a little bit, and I received much more technical questions my way. She also asked me about my leadership style which was refreshing because I was not applying for a leadership position. The third interview was more like a personality mesh test, it was just for the district manager to introduce himself, learn a little bit about my own personality and see if we were a good fit for the company culture.
