Question 1
What was your biggest achievement and what did you learn from it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cliqz (Munich, Bavaria) in Dec 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, who described the interview process and then sent me a coding challenge with 3 exercises to be completed within 90 min. Then I had a skype interview with one of the co-founders, which was not technical (getting to know each-other) and then 4 on-site interviews.
In the on-site interviews the technical interviews were more like discussions. good explanations and reasoning was expected, but no coding on paper or anything like that, which I thought was very nice.
