Had a brief phone interview where she asked a lot of basic questions. I was then given a personality test to see if my character traits would be suitable for the job. I was asked to come in for a in person interview that asked a lot of behavioural questions. Overall, it wasn't difficult and pretty straightforward.

I was referred by an employee. I received the phone interview invitation with HR few days after I submitted application. Then one day after first interview I got moved forward to the second interview hiring managers. Both interviews ask about lots of behavioral-based questions. one day after second interview they notified me that they will conduct a criminal/credit check on me. three Bdays later I received an offer from them. the whole process took around three weeks.
