Interview
I had an initial interview with Kim out of the Richmond office and our initial conversation was helpful. She explained the role (supporting current clients) went over pay, and the culture at the company. She asked a few related questions surrounding experience managing customer relationships. Overall solid conversation. However you will potentially be ghosted by this company. Even with a direct email they will forget about you, or just straight up ignore you. Operate with caution with these people.

Interview
First spoke over the phone with company President, and then met with President one-on-one after work hours. Cobb utilizes an employment screening process called RISE that requires an online questionnaire after the initial 1:1 interview. After this, there's a follow-up with your hiring manager, where you discuss the results from the questionnaire and talk through some highlights of it.
