I applied online. I interviewed at Cobec (Washington, DC) in Mar 2026
Interview
I interviewed online with Cobec in Washington, D.C. I applied and heard back in about a month. The interview steps were rather simple. I had a group video call with a manager and 2 technical staff members, where I was asked about my background, behavioral questions, and was introduced to the company and its environment. This was followed by a technical interview where I had to solve a series of LeetCode questions, communicating my technical thought process, and sharing my screen. I can confidently say Cobec was by far the best interview process I have ever done. The members in the interview were conversational and seemed like they wanted to be there. Cobec's value on an employee was greatly shown in the interview process as well as the communication outside of the interviews with HR.
