Cockroach Labs Technical Program Manager interview questions

Round robin style interview - five interviews with various leads of teams. Each had a list of scenarios to go through and test my skills and understanding. The role was cross functional and would have involved all those teams so it seemed appropriate. All remote interviews with people all over the country, one hour each.
