I applied online. They called me within a few days and I had an interview within a week. My first impression was that they really didn’t know what they were looking for. Their marketing site and their software is not very well designed, so they probably have never hired an actual designer before. To me, their whole brand/software needs an overhaul and during the interview I made that clear. I have a feeling thats what turned them off. The interviewers were nice though.
