I've interviewed at the technical centre in Poland.
Sent over my CV, got a phone call few days later asking me to come in for an interview. The interview was in person with one interviewer. There were no further steps.

The questions were very general, honestly the interviewer was just happy with my CV. Explained what the job is, what the salary is etc. then offered me the job.
