In the last one the interviewer even left the interview to do something, He didn't pay attention at any time, when questioned he didn't even know what was going on.

First is recruiter screening. If you clear the screening, they will send 2 online assessments. Last one is virtual onsite, consisting of 3 interviews ( I did not make it to the onsite)
